Christmas is just around the corner and guess what? I have started soaking my mix fruits for the Christmas fruit cake!!! The fruits are put in an air tight jar container as per the picture below and soaked in combination of Hennessy V.S.O.P and Martell V.S.O.P. If you don't know what are they, they are actually a good collection of brandy. (I stole them from my hubby's collection of liquors ^_^). Trust me you will just love the smell of Christmas when you open the jar. Yummm... what is Christmas without fruit cake after all right :-) I will post the picture of the outcome of the fruit cake after I bake it ya. Till then, cheers and have a great holiday season!
